Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to return products to the store or by mail within 30 days of receipt, subject to a few exceptions.
Manufacturer Defects
Manufacturer defects are not the responsibility of the pharmacy and as such would not be eligible for a refund. In these cases, requests should be directed to the product manufacturer.
Custom made, personalized and altered items
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind on custom made or altered items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, or where otherwise required by law.
Other Requests
All other requests must meet one of the following criteria to be eligible for a return:
- Item is unopened and you ordered the wrong item by mistake
- Item is new with original packaging and accessories
- Item was received damaged
- Incorrect item was shipped
If your return request meets one of the above conditions you may elect to return the item(s) in one of the following ways:
- Store Returns: Bring any unopened or damaged nonprescription item(s) along with your online invoice to Neighbor Care Pharmacy Inc to get a credit of the full purchase price(minus shipping*).
- Mail Returns: Call our store at (718) 336-4772 to return items by mail. We will work with you to ensure that both your return and credit refund(minus shipping*) are processed accurately. We cannot guarantee a credit for items returned without prior store notification by phone. Shipping fees/arrangements for return items are the responsibility of the customer. After confirming with our store please ship returned items along with invoice to:
(*) Note: Shipping charges for the original order will only be refunded if your return is deemed a result of our error.
